I only know what I read in the press.

The young suspect, of Pakistani nationality, would have entered France illegally three years ago.

He would have presented himself in August 2018 to the services of the Social Assistance to Children (ASE) of Val-d'Oise.

In the context of the minority assessment, in view of a strong suspicion of fraud regarding the documents provided, the ASE refused to recognize him as a minor.

The children's judge would then have been seized by the person concerned.
