Homs firefighters extinguished today three fires that broke out with weeds and forest trees in the western Homs countryside

Colonel Osman Jouda, commander of the Homs Fire Brigade, told SANA's correspondent that the regiment members put out two fires, the first on Homs-Tartous road, at Al-Haythamiya site in Tal Kalakh countryside, and the second on the side of the road to the town of Al-Mushrifah Hudaydah in the western countryside of Homs.

In turn, Brigadier General Ghayath Aqil, Director of the Civil Defense Branch in Homs, stated that the branch's firefighters managed to put out a fire that affected the eucalyptus and pine trees in the town of Habanamra in Wadi Al-Nadara in the western countryside of Homs.
