However, Chen Zhiquan said that as there are still many issues that cannot be completed immediately and some staff need to be retained for follow-up, he believes that it is necessary to extend the use of the Legislative Council Building office to October 20 and continue to pay the remaining employees in October. The staff mainly assists him in handling administrative, contractual, financial and data processing after the office closes and following up unfinished cases.
