The Northern District Attorney's Office filed an indictment in the Nazareth District Court yesterday (Sunday) against Ahmad Hayeb, a 62-year-old resident of Ramat al-Hayeb in the Lower Galilee, for the murder of his 53-year-old partner, Nora Hayeb.

The indictment alleges that Hive committed the murder at his sister's home in the village of Tuba Zangaria, while he was detained in electronic restraint.



According to the indictment, filed through attorneys Yael Fink and Alina Kappman, the defendant and the murdered woman had been married for about four years, and had no children in common.

There were disputes between the two and Hive's children from a previous marriage, for which the couple even filed several complaints with the police against the children.

Following this, the defendant was removed from their residence.

In July, the defendant moved to his sister's home in Tuba Zangaria, where Nora used to stay with him intermittently.

While she was at her sister-in-law's house, a loud argument broke out between the murdered woman and Hive, during which he accused her of being the source of conflicts with his children, demanded that she retract her complaint against his son - and even threatened to beat her with an ax.



Following his actions, Nora left the defendant and moved to her sister's house in Kaabiyah.

Near her departure, Hive sent messages to her family condemning her.

At the same time he apologized to her, tried to appease her and bring her back to live with him, among other things through his family.
