A new offering in concerts celebrated the Arabic and Greek tunes that characterized the evening, which was performed by the clarinet player Basem Salha and was hosted by the drama theater stage at Dar Al Assad for Culture and Arts.

In the evening in which professional musicians participated, Tariq Salhiyeh "Guitar", Bassem Al Jaber "Guitar Bass", Ragheb Jbeil "Rhythm", Simon Marish "Rhythm" and Alaa Al Abdullah "Qanoon" presented various works from Sama'i, Nahwand, molds of old Arabic music and instrumental music played in a new manner and melody. The evening program included playing the piece “Amal” from the Greek heritage, Sama’i Nahwand for Salha, and Lunga Hijaz by the composer Sabukh Effendi and Sayed Makkawi, the song “I Love You Believe Me”.

The musicians participated by improvising variations of a melody prepared by Salha, to conclude the evening with the song “Nebtada Menin Al-Hakaya” composed by musician Mohamed Abdel-Wahab.

In a statement to Sana Bin Salha, the evening showed the musicians ’techniques and their creative abilities, and the program depended on the library of Arab and Greek music, in addition to the songs of the beautiful time.

It is noteworthy that the musician Salha graduated from the Higher Institute of Music in 1999, specializing in “Clarinet and Piano” with a very good grade. He worked in the National Symphony Orchestra led by the late Maestro Salhi El-Wadi and with senior Arab and foreign orchestral leaders. He also worked with the stars of the Arab world and the solist was with “Julia Boutros, George Wassouf and Mayada El-Hanawi And Carol Samaha “and participated in Arab and international festivals and concerts.

And Alef Salha has many musical compositions such as Solo Clarinet with the orchestra “Shaghaf” and has a special album of his works. He also recorded many graphic music for Syrian and Lebanese dramas and is currently the head of the piano department at the Farid Al Atrash Institute in Sweida.
