Russia Today quoted Sobyanin as saying in a statement that "I must say that the situation is getting more complicated day by day, whether in terms of detecting people with Covid 19 or in terms of hospitalization," indicating the need for people over the age of 65 to stay at home And stay away from mixing.
"There are far fewer elderly people among those who move, but there is a significant number as we see about 300,000 people every day continuing to move around the city and this is very big risk," Sobyanin added.
Russia recorded 8,232 new cases of Coronavirus during the past twenty-four hours, with the daily death rate rising to 160, bringing the total to one million and 167,805 infections, including 20,545 deaths.
