At the time of the first wave, when the astonishment in the face of the unknown ended in confinement, a form of docility more or less resigned generally did its work.
Now, while we know this virus better without being able to vaccinate the population, the French government is attempting fine, pragmatic and as rational management as possible, both reducing the duration of the “quarantine” by half while generalizing in some areas, wearing a mask and going as far as curfews or the closure of restaurants and bars depending on statistical developments.
