The local novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic is gradually easing. The Centre for Health Protection announced that today (29th) 4 new cases were imported, all of which were imported from France, Canada and India. There were no local cases today, since last week Six (26 days) later, there were no local infections.
A total of 5 080 cases in Hong Kong (including 5 079 confirmed cases and one suspected case).

All the 4 new patients in Hong Kong were asymptomatic. Among them, the male patient No. 5077, 31 years old, arrived in Hong Kong from France; the patient No. 5078, 45 years old, arrived in Hong Kong from Canada.
The other two cases both returned to Hong Kong from India. They were a 34-year-old female and a 39-year-old male. Both of them stayed at the Best Luxury Hotel Tsim Sha Tsui.
There were no new local cases today, and there were zero local infections since last Saturday (26th).
The only news is that a 71-year-old female inmate in the Yuen Long Nursing Home was initially diagnosed and is currently in the Pok Oi Hospital. The test results are still pending review.
