The plaintiff requested the appointment of Wing Sze Tiffany Wong and Edward Simon Middleton of Alvarez Marsal Asia Limited as the administrators of Stanley Ho’s estate in accordance with Article 36 of the “Probate and Estate Administration Ordinance”.
The expenses of the two were paid by Stanley Ho's estate.
According to Article 36 of the "Probate and Estate Administration Ordinance", the court can appoint a person as the administrator of the estate in a number of circumstances, including if the deceased has not made a will or the deceased has left a will but has not Appoint an executor who is willing and capable.
