At Roland-Garros
The heavy silence reigning over the Roland-Garros stadium was disrupted this Wednesday at midday by a very loud bang when the meetings had started on the courts.
Stan Wawrinka and Dominik Koepfer, competing on the Suzanne-Lenglen court, were surprised by this noise from the sky.
The German, who was about to serve, also paused, surprised, his questioning gaze turned towards the clouds.
Worried, the Swiss then turned to the referee to find out if the game could resume.
Not knowing the source of the noise, the latter authorized the players to continue.

The explosion was heard throughout the territory of Paris and even in the West of Paris, causing concern and calls to the emergency services.
On Twitter, the Paris Police Prefecture explained that it was a fighter plane that crossed the sound barrier during its passage over the capital.
It remains to be seen why the aircraft causing the detonation noise was flying over the capital at this speed and at an altitude that we imagine relatively low.
A very important noise was heard in Paris and in the Paris region.
There is no explosion, it is about a fighter plane which crossed the sound barrier.
Don't clutter up the emergency lines!
