Gathered behind a banner

"We're all going to drink"

, named after the collective that brings them together, the demonstrators hit pots before being received at the end of the day by the mayor PS Nathalie Appéré.

Professionals say they want to be involved in decision-making on closing conditions and are demanding compensation for their operating losses.

The bars close at 10 p.m. since Monday in Rennes, classified in a reinforced alert zone.

"We are asking for actions"

“We have been heard, now we are asking for action,”

reacted Pierre Clelus, restaurateur, at the end of the meeting.

The collective should also be received in the prefecture

"end of week or beginning of next week"

, according to him.

"We also ask to see the ARS (Regional Health Agency, editor's note) so that they give us figures.

We want to know on what basis we are more guilty than others, ”

he added.
