People's Force Chen Zhiquan (Slow Bi) also appeared in Causeway Bay. He said that the People's Force will distribute masks in Causeway Bay as usual at 1 p.m. today. He hopes that the police will exercise restraint and that there is no problem for the public to go out for holidays.
