It seems like someone in Markt Schwaben is very hungry and is trying to illegally get food and cash.

As the police report, previously unknown perpetrators have tried twice to break into a kebab snack bar at Kaufland am Burgerfeld.

Both times they failed, and at a nearby pizza joint they were successful: They cut open the plastic window and got into the kitchen cart.

There they ate a pre-cooked pasta dish that was in the refrigerator and took about 20 cans of tuna with them.

In addition, around 30 euros in cash from the till.

The booty damage is estimated at around 100 euros, the damage to the destroyed window at around 500 euros.

Time of the offense: the night from Tuesday to Wednesday, September 29th to 30th.

Failed twice at kebab shop

The night before (September 28/29) they tried to break into the kebab shop for the first time.

As the Poing police station reports, the perpetrators failed because of the massive door blind.

They tried again the following night, again without success.

After all, they had it at the pizza stall.

At the kebab stand, the previously unknown people caused damage totaling around 1000 euros on both nights.

Police ask for clues

The Police Inspectorate in Poing asks people who have made suspicious observations during the two nights in Burgerfeld, in the Kaufland area, to report - by calling (08121) 9917-0.
