A scammed buyer, petty thieves who prey on a tough guy and a victim who will end up in prison for murder.
Nothing went as planned in the drama which claimed the life of a young man from Villejuif on the night of Thursday to Friday in Thiais (Val-de-Marne).
This Saturday afternoon, a 20-year-old inhabitant of Créteil will be presented to magistrates for this intentional homicide.
At the end of his custody in the premises of the criminal group SDPJ 94, he must be indicted for having killed one of his attackers, aged 18, who had therefore tried to steal his BMW.
Thieves already known for petty crime
During the night from Thursday to Friday, around 12:30 a.m., a couple waits patiently in the street for the arrival of a third person.
Right next to them is the car that the man, an Amazon employee, bought a short time ago.
“Certainly, it is a BMW but not a luxury model, relativizes a source close to the file.
And then she already has mileage.
What the owner probably did not know - at least the concealment is not established - is that this vehicle had been stolen on September 17 in Sète (Hérault).

In any case, this BMW arouses the envy of two friends from Villejuif aged 17 and 18.
The Kremlin-Bicêtre police officers especially know the youngest for little stories of theft.
“Not the smartest in town,” euphemistically one official.
The other young person, who will lose his life in this affair, is "already well known to the police services and subject to a judicial review prohibiting him from going to Val-de-Marne", assures the mayor (LR), Richard Dell'Agnola.

But man is not an average citizen.

In the brawl, he manages to disarm the 18-year-old thief.
And he stabs him several times in the thorax.
The young Villejuif collapses.
Her boyfriend tries to flee.
But he is caught by the owner of the car who stabs him in the shoulder blade.

When help arrives, everyone is injured.
The woman, who took a few hits, is the least affected.
The owner of the BMW has his hands bleeding after disarming his attacker.
He was hospitalized while he was being treated, before being heard during his custody.
The thief who is not yet of age is also transported to the Salpêtrière for his injury to the scapula.
His days are not in danger.
As for the little 18-year-old thief, his state of health is critical.
He died on the spot despite the cardiac massages provided by the rescuers.
The three people are taken into custody.
The woman is very quickly exonerated.
"In this story, she is a witness and a victim," considers an investigator.
The 17-year-old thief was also released.
"A procedure for violence is launched against him but it is not the most important", summarizes the same source.
The most serious is obviously the death of the young man from Villejuif and the fate of his murderer.
