According to the internal notice issued by Cathay Pacific to flight attendants, from October 1st, the adjustments between employees who need to fly and take leave will be immediately suspended until further notice, and other adjustment applications will be based on the original guidelines.
Some Cathay Pacific employees pointed out that in the past, employees could make adjustments by themselves to increase or decrease the number of rework hours. It is very rare for the company to make such a pass.
