At about 2 am on Tuesday (6th), a private car heading for Kwun Tong, passing off No. 271 to 283 Chatham Road North, Hung Hom, lost control and rammed into a reflective sign.
Upon receiving the report, the police officers rushed to the scene and performed an alcohol breath test for a male driver surnamed Huang (56 years old), which proved to be exceeding the standard. He was arrested on suspicion of "driving under the influence" and is being detained for investigation.
