A wounding case occurred in Tsim Sha Tsui.

At midnight, more than 20 people were reported to fight on the streets of Austin Road near Songshan Road.

Rescuers rushed to the scene and found 3 injured people at the scene. One of them was unconscious and was rushed to Queen Elizabeth Hospital by ambulance, but died. The other 2 people were awake and were subsequently sent to hospital for treatment.

The police are investigating the incident and changed it from "fighting in a public place" to "wounding" for follow-up. They are looking for the whereabouts of the person involved. No one has been arrested yet.

Police said that a man was certified dead in the case.

Sources at the scene stated that the site was a bar in the attic of the Golden Gate Commercial Building, 136-138 Austin Road.

As the bar is under the "restriction order", it must close at midnight.

During the period when a staff "dismissed the guest", some customers refused to leave and even "drank alcohol." Many villains used glass bottles to beat the staff, and some staff fled, but "struck out of the street."

One of the male staff members was unconscious. When the ambulanceman arrived, he was found to have suffered serious head injuries and cerebral fluid spillage. He had to be sent to hospital for emergency treatment, but he was eventually certified dead.

In addition, one injured person had to be sent to the hospital on a stretcher bed, and the other with minor injuries could walk into an ambulance by himself.

A bar staff also accompanied the injured colleague to hospital and assisted the police in the investigation.
