Russia, the United States and France condemned the dangerous and unprecedented escalation in the Nagorno Karabakh region, renewing the call for a ceasefire in the region as soon as possible.

The statement affirmed the firm determination of the heads of state of the Minsk Group to implement the mission that was placed upon them by the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe and the international community with the support of the rest of the group's members, indicating that Russia, the United States and France will continue to increase joint work with both parties in a systematic manner and invites them to shoulder the obligations To resume the settlement process based on existing fundamental principles and relevant international documents.
