The "Qasd" militia, backed by the American occupation forces, continued its criminal acts against civilians in the areas under its control in the Syrian island, where it kidnapped a number of civilians in the past hours in Hasaka and Deir Ezzor countryside.

Local sources said to SANA that “armed men from the“ Qasd militia ”armed with weapons stormed the town of Dhiban in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor and launched a search campaign in the homes of the people and stole them under the pretext of searching for what they called wanted and kidnapped a number of civilians and took them to unknown destinations.

In the countryside of Hasakah, the sources said, "A group of Qasd militia gunmen kidnapped two young men after they arrested them at one of its checkpoints in the village of Umm Al-Zar, north of Al-Shaddadi, and took them to an unknown destination."

Yesterday, armed groups affiliated with the "Qasd militia" cordoned off the village of Al-Husaywa in the Tal Hamis district in the eastern countryside of Hasaka, stormed a house there and kidnapped two young men and took them to an unknown destination.
