Bad Wiessee

- designer kitchen, fine stone pine, internet TV, some of the balconies with a view of the lake: entrepreneur Korbinian Kohler does not save on the new house for his employees.

Kohler is building 37 fully equipped apartments at his Hotel Bussi Baby in Bad Wiessee.

At first bats slowed the demolition of the old house and thus the tight schedule, but after that the team stepped up the gas.

Now the topping-out ceremony has been celebrated with the craftsmen and representatives of the community, including Mayor Robert Kühn.

The entrepreneur expects the building to be completed in mid-November.

Employees of the Bachmair-Weissach companies will move in at Tegernsee.

These are: Hotel Bussi Baby, Resort and Spa Bachmair Weissach, Clubhaus Bachmair Weissach and Berghotel Altes Wallberghaus.

Kohler: "Wanted to offer a high level of quality of life"

“It was important to us to offer a high level of quality of life and not just a roof over our heads,” explains Kohler.

In the industry, employees are the greatest asset: "They belong to the Bachmair-Weissach family, and we are happy to take care of family members." The residents, regardless of whether they are trainees, seasonal workers or singles, only have to bring their luggage into the fully furnished apartments.

The hotelier also wants to realize a residential project in Weissach

For Kohler, the new employee house at Bussi Baby is a first step in his endeavor to create living space for locals or people who work in the Tegernsee valley.

Kohler also has big plans for the Kreuther district of Weissach: He wants to build affordable apartments for locals on the area near his event arena along Wiesseer Straße.

In June he presented the draft to the local council.

The official building application should follow this year.
