DIP has decided to close the case regarding the Jerusalem District series
The Police Investigations Department announced that the police officers who participated in the program, in which, among other things, weapons were implanted in the home of a Issawiya resident, would not be prosecuted.
"The investigation focused on the question of whether a misrepresentation was presented to the complainants in the investigations that concerned them and it was found that these investigations were not actually disrupted."

The Police Investigations Department announced today (Tuesday) that it has decided to close the case regarding the "Jerusalem District" series, in which, among other things, weapons were implanted in the home of a Issawiya resident.
DIP said that "after a thorough investigation of the case, the Department of Police Investigations in the State Attorney's Office decided, in the opinion of the Deputy State Attorney (Criminal Affairs), not to take criminal proceedings in the case of the police officers involved in the 'Jerusalem District' series.
At the same time, it was decided to refer the matter to the Israel Police for disciplinary and command. "
