(Seuil), which appears in the second list of the Renaudot prize and those of the Interallié and the grand prix du roman de l'Académie française.
Djaïli Amadou Amal is also selected with

(Emmanuelle Collas).

Mohammed Aïssaoui is still in the race with his novel

The Gallimard house is a double blow since it also places Hervé Le Tellier and his novel

in this selection as on the second list of the Medici and Renaudot.
Jean-Pierre Martin and his novel

(L'Olivier) as well as Camille de Toledo and
Thésée, sa vie nouvelle
(Verdier) are both in the second list of the Medici Prize.
Finally, Miguel Bonnefoy is present with his novel
Héritage
(Rivages) in the second list of Femina and the first list of the Grand Prix du roman de l'Académie française.
Maël Renouard appears with
The Historiographer of the Kingdom
, (Grasset), in the first list of the Grand Prix du roman de l'Académie française.
The third list, those of the finalists, will be unveiled on October 27 and the proclamation of the winner is expected on November 10.
