Three other indictments took place in the investigation into the attempted assassination of Guy Orsoni in September 2018, after that of the alleged leader of the "

, AFP learned Tuesday, October 6 from the Specialized interregional jurisdiction (JIRS) of Marseille.

Thursday, Jacques Santoni, alleged leader of the criminal gang of "
Petit Bar
", had been indicted for "
complicity in attempted murder in an organized gang with premeditation
", "
criminal association with a view to committing a crime
" and "
concealment in an organized robbery,
”Marseille JIRS told AFP.
Aged 42 and quadriplegic, he had been placed under an electronic bracelet and had been prohibited in particular from traveling to Corsica.
The next day Friday, Ange-Marie Gaffory, already in detention and prosecuted for the assassination of Jean-Michel German in September 2016, was in turn indicted for participation in a criminal association with a view to committing a crime and placed under mandate deposit in this case, according to the same source.
Finally, Monday, Pierre-François Luccioni and Philippe Porri were also indicted for the same chief.
The first was placed under arrest warrant while Philippe Porri was placed under judicial supervision.

Several targets escaped a net hit on September 18 on the rogatory commission of an investigating judge of the JIRS, competent in matters of serious organized crime, corroborating sources told AFP.
Several other people had been arrested or taken out of prison and numerous searches carried out.

On September 13, 2018, while driving in broad daylight at the wheel of an armored car in Ajaccio, Guy Orsoni, son of the former nationalist leader Alain Orsoni, was targeted by the passenger of a motorcycle armed with an assault rifle.
Wounded in the shoulder, he had managed to escape his two attackers by fleeing in his vehicle towards the city center.
A month later, Guy Orsoni himself was arrested in Ajaccio while he was riding a stolen motorcycle with another man, and carrying bags containing weapons and balaclavas.
He was indicted and imprisoned by the Marseille prosecutor's office on October 25, 2018 for "
criminal association with a view to committing a crime
".
In December 2019, he was also indicted for “
organized murder
” in the investigation into the murder of Jean Livrelli, a retiree who was probably killed by mistake in August 2018.
