A 95-year-old resident of an Ehpad in Châteauneuf-les-Martigues (Bouches-du-Rhône) was raped by a physiotherapist working in the establishment, indicates
La Provence on

The 49-year-old man was arrested Tuesday, September 29, and presented to an investigating judge who decided to indict him for "
rape of a vulnerable person
" the following Friday.

, nursing assistants, who had serious suspicions, raised the alarm.
An audio recording device placed in the room of the resident suffering from Alzheimer's disease ended up betraying the physiotherapist.
A judicial investigation was also opened.
It will in particular make it possible to know whether this man, hitherto unknown to justice, has abused other victims.
