A traffic accident occurred in Tai Lam.

At 10 o'clock in the evening on the 6th, a Pingzhi RV with a China-Hong Kong license plate was suspected of driving backwards into the section of Castle Peak Road-Tai Lam towards Tsuen Wan. On the way to the vicinity of the barbecue site, it rammed into a seven-person car head-on.

After the two vehicles collided across the road, both lanes were blocked and traffic was severely congested.

The driver and passengers in the seven-person vehicle were injured and reported the case for help.

According to sources, after the accident, someone pulled out the car key, abandoned the Pingzhi RV and fled.

When the rescuers arrived, the driver of Pingzhi had no idea.

The ambulancemen were two injured in the seven-person vehicle, including the 36-year-old driver named Li Nan and the 32-year-old passenger named He Nan, who were treated on the spot and sent to Tuen Mun Hospital for examination.

The police classified the case as "Someone was injured in a traffic accident-he left after the accident" for follow-up, and they are tracing the whereabouts of the Zhonggang Pingzhi driver involved.

It is known that 200 meters away from the accident site, it was a roundabout on the Dalan section of the Castle Peak Road with multiple exits. It is not ruled out that Pingzhi made a mistake at the roundabout.

Another witness said that the escaped Pingzhi driver floated on foot after the accident, and it is not ruled out that someone drunk driving.
