Michael Kinshofer (39) is the new board member of Kreissparkasse Traunstein.
So far, the Wiesseer is a deputy member of the board of the local savings bank.
Bad Wiessee / Miesbach
- "We are very proud that an employee of our company is going to be a member of the management board of another Bavarian savings bank," says a press release from the Kreissparkasse Miesbach-Tegernsee.
"This shows that our personnel development works and that it is bearing fruit."
Kinshofer has been part of the Kreissparkasse for many years.
He began his apprenticeship there in 1997 and was most recently in charge of sales.
In addition, he was appointed deputy board member.
"Michael Kinshofer now has all the qualifications to become a member of the board of our Traunsteiner colleagues", says CEO Martin Mihalovits. "We wish him all the best for his new path."
The Kreissparkasse does not take Kinshofer's decision unprepared.
The board of directors and the banking supervisory authority were already informed during the application phase.
After his departure on December 31st, the next steps will be decided in peace.
Mihalovits: "Now we have the chance to make future-oriented personnel decisions." The board of the Kreissparkasse currently includes Mihalovits as chairman and Udo Stefan Schlipf as board member.
