Zhang Zhujun, director of the Infectious Diseases Division of the Centre for Health Protection, said today that three Mong Kok pharmacy staff have been diagnosed, including a 38-year-old man (the 5136th case) who worked at the Longcheng Zhongxi Pharmacy on Sai Yeung Choi South Street, and Dahua Ginseng Zhongxi on Soy Street. A 43-year-old man working in a large pharmacy (the 5135th case), and a 37-year-old man working in the Longcheng Zhongxi Pharmacy in Argyle Street (the 5137th case).

The three are friends. They pick up goods and chat with each other on weekdays. Some people went to Yau Tong Center and Kowloon City for massage during the incubation period of the virus.

The source of the infection is unknown in the 5136th case, the earliest onset of illness and discomfort on October 3.

On October 7, Longcheng Zhongxi Pharmacy on Argyle Street was closed.

The reporter visited the store that day and the clerk said, "No colleagues are uncomfortable or take sick leave for a few days."

However, according to the information provided by the Department of Health today, the 5137th case became ill on Sunday (4th), which is also the last working day.

At 6 o'clock this evening, the Longcheng Zhongxi Pharmacy on Argyle Street was closed. There was a notice on the iron gate stating that the shop would be closed for several days.

The reporter called the number on the notice as a customer. The person who answered the call claimed to be a staff member of the Longcheng Pharmacy on Nelson Street.

When asked if he knew about the outbreak in the Argyle Street store, he said he was unclear.

The reporter went to the Longcheng Zhongxi Pharmacy on Nelson Street. The clerk said that the store is not related to Longcheng on Argyle Street and will not pick up each other's goods, and no staff at the store feel uncomfortable.

As for whether the employees knew each other, he said frankly that "It's normal to get acquainted with colleagues." He wondered if colleagues in the two stores would meet in private.

The Longcheng Zhongxi Pharmacy, located on Sai Yeung Choi South Street, opposite the Mong Kok Center, has also been closed.

According to information from the Drug Office of the Department of Health, there are two registered pharmacies in the same district and named "Da Hua". They are on Tung Choi Street and Nathan Road. The address of Soy Street is not found.
