Energy Minister Yuval Steinitz sharply criticizes senior health officials and the positions presented to the Corona Cabinet.
In an interview with "Israel Hashavua", Steinitz attacks the corona commissioner Roni Gamzo, the director general of the Ministry of Health, Hezi Levy, and the directors of the hospitals, saying that "they did not understand the plague."
Steinitz even accuses Gamzo of leading a wrong policy that brought Israel "to the brink of the abyss. The doctors made a huge mistake here and Gamzo made a big mistake when he claimed that the plague could be won without closure. It was an irrational statement based on intuition and not logic. Contrary to what many people say. "It is impossible to 'live with the corona.' Also because of the hospital directors who said 'we are far from collapsing', we wasted two months and reached the brink of collapse in the hospitals. He and they just did not understand what was happening and we will pay for it with thousands of dead."
Steinitz also accuses Gamzo of approving the opening of the education system.

On another issue, Steinitz reveals that due to Corona's limitations, the meeting scheduled for next week between Israeli and Lebanese representatives may be postponed.
