Today, the Ministry of Administrative Development inaugurated the General Register Office for the State’s Workers in Al-Hasakah, within the Department of Agriculture’s building in the governorate, with the aim of completing the transactions related to workers in the country and saving them the trouble of traveling to Damascus to review the General Registry Department and obtain and certify any document related to their work.

During the inauguration, the Minister of Administrative Development Dr. Salam Safaf confirmed that the office will save the workers the effort to travel to Damascus to follow up on official papers related to their job matters, as it will present them with retirement, transfer, assignment documents and all that is signed on their self-card as it will be presented in a simple and easy way through networking and automation. the work.

She also indicated that the services provided by the office will soon be expanded to include non-employees and training services, stressing that the ministry is ready to simplify any procedure or service for auditors.

The Governor of Hasaka, Major General Ghassan Khalil indicated that all that is required to take off the work of the office has been provided, including administrative headquarters, office equipment, and network connectivity, in cooperation with the Ministry of Administrative Development, to add the creation of this office to other services that have been completed recently, including the creation of two cancer treatment centers in the cities of Hasaka and Qamishli .

In statements to SANA correspondent, Fayez Al-Ali, Director of Administrative Development in Al-Hasakah, indicated that the office began operating experimentally last week after its employees underwent a training course on how to deal with the computer connectivity program and provide services to the auditors, pointing out that the office is currently issuing a self-card for workers in the state and services will be provided later. Trainer Fatima Al-Zoubi from the Ministry of Administrative Development said: "We trained the employees of the General Registry Office in Al-Hasakah on how to complete the transactions related to workers in an easy and simple way."

During Minister Saffaf's meeting with directors of service departments and administrative cadres in the governorate building, she indicated that coordination is taking place with Hasaka Governorate to activate the work of the Administrative Training Center and develop the work of Administrative Development Directorates to provide the best administrative services to the auditors and raise the functional efficiency of workers.
