Al-Assad University Hospital in Damascus announced today the resumption of fully providing all curative and surgical medical services to patients, as well as educational and training services for postgraduate students in the Faculty of Medicine.
The hospital indicated, in a statement that SANA received a copy of, that all suspected or confirmed cases of coronavirus will be stopped in order to allow the provision of the aforementioned services and to ensure the proper functioning of the educational and training process for students in the hospital.
Al-Assad University Hospital, which was inaugurated in 1988 in Damascus, is considered one of the largest hospitals affiliated with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. It provides curative and surgical medical services to patients with the latest methods of medicine and trains students and doctors who are graduates of Syrian universities and contributes to scientific research.
