The German government does not intend to sanction Russia with gas.
The hypothesis of freezing the Nord Stream 2 project, mentioned by Angela Merkel the day after the poisoning of Alexei Navalny, is no longer on the agenda of the EU presidency, as unveiled by Berlin.
Now that political emotion has subsided, the supporters of this gas pipeline intended to supply Germany with Russian gas are giving their voice back.
