Alberto Fernández

will return to "

teacher mode

".

After the criticism that the Government received for the brief video, of just two minutes, which did not include the President and was made entirely with the voice of an off-screen presenter and images with data from the pandemic, for the renewal of this quarantine the Casa Rosada drew a different scenario.

The head of state will once again be at the forefront of the announcement, which allows him to reinstall the idea of the need to resume individual care to contain the advance of the coronavirus while more open activities are designed.

The decision for Fernández to speak again in the announcement, scheduled for this Friday "after noon," is explained in

the self-criticism they make in the Government

, based on the impact generated by a video whose significance contrasted with the volume of the first advertisements, in which the President surrounded himself with pro-government and opposition governors.

"The important thing is to learn from mistakes. And there we screw up.

The President is going to speak

and explain how the measures to contain the virus continue," they recognized Clarín at Casa Rosada, confirming that the announcement will again be in charge of Alberto F. and that an attempt will be made to

recover the imprint

of a few months ago, when the Government was still fighting the discursive battle with the anti-quarantine movements.

The first announcement of the mandatory quarantine, in Olivos.

President Alberto Fernández, with four governors: opponents Larreta and Morales and the ruling party Perotti and Kicillof.

Although since August it is Fernández who maintains that the quarantine no longer exists, for the Government individual care must continue to be able to advance in the opening of activities, with a logic: the

greater the responsibility, the less the impact of the coronavirus and greater freedom

.

The importance of returning to face-to-face classes will be used as an axis.

With the Buenos Aires governor Axel Kicillof isolated because he was in close contact with a positive case of coronavirus, and with the dialogue cut off with the head of the Buenos Aires government, Horacio Rodríguez Larreta, everything suggests that

there would be no tripartite summit

and, consequently, it will continue the logic of each district holding its own press conferences to announce the conditions in which the isolation continues.

Likewise, in Casa Rosada they do not rule out anything: "

For now the only thing confirmed is that Alberto is speaking

", they repeat before the consultations.

The announcement would be live and the president has yet to define

whether he agrees to hold a press conference.

Those who did speak up and try to maintain coordinated work, despite the tension between the national government and the City, are Kicillof and Larreta.

In the last hours there were

two telephone contacts

-Monday and Wednesday- and they will surely communicate again before the announcements and after the last meeting of the heads of Cabinet Santiago Cafiero (Nation), Carlos Bianco (Province) and Felipe Miguel (City) .

For the first time,

Kicillof will be the spokesperson for a more open-minded than restrictive scheme

: "We are in the fifth consecutive week of decline, we have already passed the worst. Now they are going to have to close other provinces," they say close to the Buenos Aires governor.

Horacio Rodríguez Larreta and Axel Kicillof, in mid-August, before defining another extension of the isolation.

In the previous one, this Thursday the President reserved the afternoon to speak by videoconference with the governors.

Although he has the report that the Minister of Health, Ginés González García, sent him, Alberto F. wants to hear from their mouths the health situation they face and their proposals for the continuity of isolation.

You will not be deprived of transferring some of the recommendations that the experts will make you a little earlier

.

The lack of protocols is the big concern.

In any case, with the pandemic in full growth in the provinces and experiencing a certain stability in the Metropolitan Area of Buenos Aires, the renewal of the quarantine

will once again focus on the need not to relax personal care

, despite fatigue that is warned seven months after the start of the restrictive measures.

The great dilemma that Fernández faces, official sources point out, has to do with the fact that the provincial leaders themselves are the ones who raise objections to impose closures of activities, despite the growth of cases.

A clear example of this situation is Mendoza

, where Governor

Rodolfo Suarez,

in the midst of the rise in cases, enabled family reunions of up to ten people, arguing that

"they already happen" clandestinely

, and he redoubled the bet by demanding that the Government return of flights, concerned about motorizing tourism, a key factor in the economy of his province.

Although he is a member of Juntos por el Cambio, Suarez had established a good relationship with Fernández, like his radical peers

Gerardo Morales (Jujuy)

and

Gustavo Valdés (Corrientes)

, but it was the handling of the pandemic that distanced them.

In fact, at the beginning of September the President planned to disembark in the province but surprisingly decided to suspend his visit: curiously it was after it emerged that

he reproached Suarez for having continued with the opening of activities

despite the fact that he had "warned" him of the risk due to a growth of cases.

But not only among opponents does the Government find problems.

In Casa Rosada they admit criticism of the health management of the

governor of Tucumán, Juan Manzur

, a district that yesterday seconded the province of Buenos Aires in the number of cases, with 2,217 new infections.

"

Several provinces underestimated the problem

and have health systems that are much fragile than that of the AMBA," they question in Nación.

And they attribute this situation to the fact that they saw the pandemic "from afar."

"There is a paradox that in the interior of the country there is the phenomenon of social fatigue of being in quarantine without having had great restrictions, except for exceptions such as Chaco, where they had a strong problem from the beginning," reasons an official with an office at Balcarce 50.
