In their statement, the ministers condemned all measures taken by the occupying power "Israel" to change the legal, material and demographic status of the occupied Syrian Golan, and renewed their demand for Israel to abide by United Nations Security Council Resolution 497 of 1981 and to withdraw completely from the occupied Syrian Golan to the borders of June 4, 1967, in implementation. Security Council Resolutions 242 “1967” and 338 “1973”.

The ministers also expressed their strong condemnation of the issuance and application of unilateral coercive measures against member states of the Movement in violation of the United Nations Charter and international law.

The ministers reaffirmed the validity and importance of the movement's principled positions regarding the right of peoples under foreign occupation and colonial and foreign domination to self-determination and the permanent responsibility of the United Nations towards the question of Palestine until it is resolved in a satisfactory manner in all aspects in accordance with international law and relevant United Nations resolutions.

The ministers concluded their statement by affirming their adherence to the principles of Bandung regarding the achievement of a safer world dominated by the principles of peace, justice, solidarity and cooperation and based on the principles of respecting the sovereignty, independence, territorial integrity and equality of states, non-interference in their internal affairs, refraining from aggression or the use of force and threatening them, and resolving disputes by peaceful means .
