If this year, as it currently looks, no more events are possible in the Schongau Trachtenheim on Heligoland, then construction will stop.
No, kidding aside, of course the current action is not that simple and spontaneous.

- “The terrace was actually due a long time ago,” explains the board of the Schloßbergler costume club, Markus Wölfle.
For some time now, wet spots have been discovered in the basement of the traditional costume home.
In addition, the retaining wall pressed outwards.

After careful planning and approval, construction began in early September.
The entire terrace was removed, drainage shafts were laid, and the interior stairwell was expanded.
In addition, a new cellar room is being created in the demolished area, as a kind of "treat".
“If you start such a big campaign, then it is wise,” emphasizes the board.
Because once again the soil will not be removed in this area.
Thanks to the many club members who help out on the traditional costume club construction site in every free minute, things are progressing quickly.
"If we continue like this, we'll be finished with the outdoor facilities in October," says Wölfle happily.
Then it comes to the interior work.
But with so many energetic people in traditional costumes that will also go quickly.
