At about midnight on Saturday (10th), a foreign man full of alcohol took a taxi to Luard Road in Wan Chai near Lockhart Road. He quarreled with the driver because of something. During the period, the foreign man got into trouble and waved. He punched the driver, kicked the left taillight of the taxi, and fled in the direction of Admiralty.
The taxi driver was injured, followed and called the police, and called for help to passers-by. When the foreigner rushed to the unification center on Deli Street, Admiralty about 600 meters away, he was finally subdued by the police and passers-by. Afterwards, he was arrested and taken to the police. The taxi driver was sent to the hospital for treatment.
