After the announcements of the President of the Nation, Alberto Fernández about the new stage of preventive and compulsory social isolation and that of distancing, according to the phase in which each province is, the Buenos Aires governor, Axel Kicillof, revealed how those measures will be applied in the province.

Since October 19, if next week Greater Buenos Aires presents, as it has been doing for five weeks, a decrease in the number of daily cases, "the auxiliary personnel of private homes will be enabled, the attention in bars and restaurants outdoors, gyms with outdoor work, and multi-family home construction sites and industrial park construction sites. "

They will also allow "recreational outings and meetings in groups of children and adolescents of up to 10 people in the open air, always with a chinstrap and social distance".

Kicillof explained: "The measures we decided to take in Greater Buenos Aires is to proceed with a gradual, conditional and intermittent opening of certain activities. As long as the cases continue to fall and every 15 days and starting from October 19, we will go through stages opening activities ".

"There will be three stages of opening activities and it will be done as long as the cases continue to drop every fifteen days and the beds continue to be vacated," continued the Buenos Aires governor from his office in the official residence through a videoconference, because he is isolated because he was in close contact with a covid-19 patient.

After listening to Kicillof, the Minister of Health of the Province, Daniel Gollan and the head of the educational portfolio, Agustina Vila, gave a press conference.

The province of Buenos Aires implements a system of phases to enable the opening of new activities in the municipalities according to the epidemiological situation in which they are found.

According to the latest report, a total of 16 municipalities in the interior of the province of Buenos Aires go through phase 5 of social isolation, with most of their activities enabled, while another 74 remain in stage 4 and the remaining 45 remain in phase phase 3 for registering the largest number of coronavirus cases there.

The Buenos Aires region of the metropolitan area, where more than 75% of the population of the jurisdiction is concentrated and where the curves of infections and deaths, begin to yield at a slow but sustained pace.

The urban conglomerate that surrounds the Federal Capital concentration - according to the latest epidemiological report from the Ministry of Health - 88% of the almost 450 thousand confirmed cases since March 3, when the pandemic began.

But in recent weeks the percentage of incidence of positives that come from the inside began to have more weight.

Today they already represent 27% of the slightly more than 5,000 average positives per week that are added to the Buenos Aires statistics of COVID-19.

On Friday, President Alberto Fernández announced "measures to prevent circulation and reduce contagion" in departments and cities of 18 provinces, as part of the new phase of social isolation that will run until October 25 to stop the expansion of the pandemic of coronavirus.

"The problem today is not the AMBA, but it got into all of Argentina," Fernández graphed when announcing the new measures last night from the Casa Rosada, where he warned about the advance of the coronavirus pandemic in the interior of the country.

Flanked by the governors of Jujuy, Gerardo Morales;

Neuquén, Omar Gutiérrez and from Santa Fe, Omar Perotti, the president detailed that 65 percent of the positive cases of coronavirus are concentrated today in the provinces, in contrast to the beginning of the pandemic, when the vast majority of cases were reported at the AMBA.
