Local sources in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor confirmed the killing of two militants from the "Qasd militia" when an explosive device planted by unidentified persons exploded on the side of one of the militia's patrol axes in the town of Al-Sha`fah, while two of its militants were wounded in a machine-gun attack targeting a militia checkpoint in the town of Al-Baghouz.

In the village of Albobdran in the same countryside, the sources indicated that an explosive device exploded during the passage of a militia patrol, resulting in verified injuries among its members.

Yesterday, 4 gunmen were killed and several other members of the "Qasd" militia associated with the American occupation forces were wounded, when two explosive devices exploded while two military vehicles of the first militia were traveling on the banks of the Euphrates River in the city of Tabqa, west of Raqqa, and the second in the vicinity of the town of Sabha, east of Deir Ezzor.
