According to Me Millet, this harassment began after the publication on Wednesday of information according to which the investigation "stalled", in particular because of evasive statements of the young woman and the exploitation of video surveillance tapes on which neither she nor her alleged aggressors, nor aggression appear.
According to Me Millet, the statements of his client are on the contrary not evasive: "
she always said the same thing, that she was assaulted under a catwalk
" on Friday September 18 at the beginning of the afternoon on the quay. des Alpes, a place on the edge of the city center but “

The lawyer also swept another gray area: the mobile phone of the young woman would have been limited to her home at the time of the attack when she said she had it in hand.

As for her links with the Stras Defense group - a collective which presents itself as apolitical and says it is fighting against street harassment - they are not political, according to her.

The affair broke out on September 22: in a video posted on the France Bleu Alsace website, Elisabeth, her right eye swollen, claimed to have been insulted and beaten four days previously by three young men accusing her of wearing a skirt.
The trio then fled, according to her, while about fifteen people had attended the scene, without reacting.
The attack had caused an uproar and the Minister Delegate in charge of Citizenship, Marlène Schiappa, came the next day to Strasbourg.
She also called on BFMTV on Friday to stop "
lynching
" the student on social networks.
