The location on the main road is great, the look is striking.

But the Alperie in Neuhaus, which only opened this summer, has closed down by bang.

The previous operator is out.

But the event location should continue.

Neuhaus -

It was a record-breaking start that the Alperie made.

In the middle of the Corona lockdown in May, the Schliersee building committee dealt with the application to expand the guest area at the former Sachs restaurant. While the beer garden was being laid out, Marco Lehnert and his girlfriend Nici Forst as well as the siblings Fabian and Sebastian Langguth, whose family belongs to the property, opened , the restaurant again.

Business partners part ways

“Initially, it should only be a pop-up beer garden for three or four months,” says Lehnert, who with his Crewlove GmbH was responsible for the catering.

“That quickly developed a momentum of its own.” But he and the Langguths apparently grew apart.

Lehnert speaks of the fact that his business partners “did not keep their commitments to finance”.

As a result, his company ran out of money.

In order to avert further damage, the Alperie had to close.

It continues at the end of November

The Langguth siblings see the development a little differently.

“We agreed in the summer that the owners would take it into their own hands again,” says Sebastian Langguth.

In fact, the brothers founded Alperie GmbH in September, with which they still have some plans.

Not far from the restaurant, for example, they are currently renovating an old building and building holiday apartments.

And there are also specific plans for the Alperie.

"We are now practically on a longer company holiday and will reopen at the end of November." Then there will also be a small Advent market that is open on the weekends, "and we are also coming up with something for New Year's Eve", say the two.

The employed staff including the two trainees will also be taken over.

The baritone (Fabian) and the herbalist (Sebastian) still have to set up their own information channels such as the homepage and social media appearances.

But then they want to publish more details as soon as possible.

Event location in Neuhaus should be fun for many years to come

Completely different from the initial pop-up idea, the Alperie should be something very permanent, “something that you can enjoy for many years” (Sebastian Langguth), a meeting point, a contact point for the people of Neuhaus.

Even if the paths of the former business partners now part differently and more quickly than planned and lawyers may also deal with the cause, both parties give the impression that they do not harbor any grudges for each other.
