The meeting of the Prime Minister, Engineer Hussein Arnous, with the Board of Directors of the Damascus Chamber of Industry and its countryside today focuses on securing the local market’s need for consumer basket products and achieving a real partnership between public authorities and private sector actors in various fields of manufacturing and production in a way that serves the national economy and industry and contributes to implementing the import substitution program and strengthening Local production and achieve the interest of the citizen and industry.

The meeting touched on the importance of work integration to secure the requirements for re-launching the damaged establishments in cities and industrial and craft areas, providing the necessary facilities and overcoming difficulties in front of a new start in work and production, and the necessity of developing an export map in coordination with the concerned ministries in parallel with securing the local market requirements of various products.

Eng.
