The head of American diplomacy Mike Pompeo on Tuesday (October 13th) called on Armenia and Azerbaijan to apply to Nagorny Karabakh a ceasefire concluded but not respected.

The United States calls on Armenia and Azerbaijan to respect their commitment to a ceasefire as concluded and to stop targeting areas populated by civilians,
" tweeted Mike Pompeo, while intense fighting pitted Armenian separatist forces from Nagorno-Karabakh and the Azerbaijani army.
