The singing of Jasmine Damascus, the homeland and love was the prominent feature of the poetry evening “Yasmine Damascus” for a group of poets who gave weight and poetic music to their poems.
The evening held by the Arab Cultural Center in the field and managed by Kawkab Al Ahmad, the young musician, Sidra Shehida, wrote my song “My Homeland” and wrote “Your Name, My Country,” and concluded it with a song for Fayrouz Qadish’s song, “It Was In People.”
The poet Sana Al-Sharaa participated in vertical poems entitled Kheir Al-Anam and the Pillow of Dreams, which were distinguished by their traditional character, while the poet Hana Iskief read balanced poems that she gave to the homeland and Damascus, which was distinguished by her patriotism, in addition to a sentimental poem entitled They said.
The Iraqi poet Ghazi Al-Salihi shared a poem in the Iraqi spoken entitled Qaltli, in which he expressed high emotional sentiments and sentiments.
Green poet Salih Haj Saleh participated in a group of poems that carried the critical patriotic and social concern, including a patriotic poem entitled “Ya Sham” and another entitled “Why a poem” that narrates the Arab reality, in addition to a social poem that narrates the state of people in our current era and their lost values.
