The president of El Salvador, Nayib Bukele, assured that the country is going through a second wave of coronavirus.
The president said that the number of consecutive days with an increase in cases indicates that a national outbreak has already begun.
The confirmed infections of covid-19 in the country reached their peak on August 9, when 449 new daily cases were reported.
