Ambulancemen arrived at the scene and rushed the victim to the Prince of Wales Hospital for rescue. After preliminary investigation by the police, the case was classified as an industrial accident.

The victim was seriously injured and is now receiving treatment in the intensive care unit.

The Workers' Rights Association also sent staff to the hospital to provide assistance.
