At around 1 am today (16th), a number of A4 papers accusing a retired police officer were abandoned outside the doors of many police stations. It is reported that they include the Wan Chai Police Headquarters, the West Kowloon Regional Police Headquarters, Tsuen Wan Police Station, and Tsz Wan The Hill Police Station, Tsim Sha Tsui Police Station and Mong Kok Police Station; the North Point ICAC headquarters also has similar papers.

At the scene, the relevant paper alleged that a retired senior inspector was suspected of using personal connections to collect money to solve problems for people in the world during his tenure and after retirement, including the 2009 Tsim Tung Tai Long murder case.
