The head of the ultra-Orthodox community in the Magen Yisrael program, Maj. Gen. Roni Noma, reached an agreement with representatives of the yeshivas and rabbis on the return of tens of thousands of students to Torah institutions next week.

According to the outline, each session will be divided into several groups of students who are separated from each other, and their friends will stay together in voluntarily isolated capsules until the Hanukkah holiday.

On Tuesday they will undergo corona tests, and anyone found negative for the virus will be allowed to join classes, which will most likely open on Wednesday or Thursday.

The ultra-Orthodox desk expressed satisfaction with the fact that dozens of yeshivas that were not previously part of the outline joined the outline.

With regard to meetings that did not join the outline, the government will be required to decide on enforcement measures.

The understandings they have reached

• Tests will be performed at home or at the entrance to the meeting.

Additional tests before merging between the capsules and additional tests before returning to the homes planned for Hanukkah.

• Subject to the final approval of the Ministry of Health, it has been determined that tests will be performed on the staff of the educational staff once every 14 days.

• As lessons learned from the Elul time outline, improvements were made in the outline and it was agreed, among other things, that merging capsules would include a maximum of 250 students.

• Decisions were made regarding the combination of recovering with healthy in capsules that will be detailed in the presentation of the full outline

• The layout allows meetings to make special adjustments according to the needs of the boys (such as going out to matchmaking meetings without later joining the merged capsule)

Meetings without a boarding school do not open.

The meetings in the outline will also open inside the red cities.
