Across the country, protesters are protesting tonight (Thursday) against Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and government corruption for the third time in the past week, and for the second time since regulations restricting demonstrations to a distance of up to a kilometer from the place of residence were repealed.

The demonstrations are expected to begin in the afternoon with a series of protests at intersections, bridges and roadsides across the country, and then continue with a main demonstration in Habima Square in Tel Aviv.

The "No Situation" movement said that "tens of thousands of activists took to the streets today to demonstrate in squares, on the side of the roads and in the Balfour encampment under the slogan 'Balfour is here.' The High Court

called on the public to go out en masse to demonstrations across the country and arrive later tonight at Habima Square in Tel Aviv. "We will strengthen the protesters across the country in the face of incitement by a corrupt and failed leader who kidnapped democracy to escape the law."

During a protest in Kugel Square in Holon, a number of people came and confronted the protesters.

Meanwhile, some gas was sprayed at the protesters.

No one needed treatment and police are scanning for the suspects.

The movement warns that as of yesterday, Netanyahu's supporters are distributing calls on social media to reach demonstration centers around the country and confront demonstrators.

This is after there have been a series of incidents of violence, physical and verbal, against demonstrators across the country in the last two weeks.

The movement demanded that the police deploy forces on the ground.

"Instead of spreading false messages and sending officers to lie in the studios, you will increase forces before blood is shed," they said.

"The writing is written in large letters on the wall and the responsibility is yours. The first to come with you will be Amir Ohana."

The submarine protest convoy arrived in Jerusalem: "Netanyahu betrayed public trust"

To the full article

Yesterday, about 200 people participated in a protest over the submarine affair in front of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's residence in Jerusalem.

The demonstration took place at the end of a protest convoy held during the day, during which dozens of submarine exhibits were put on vehicles.

The convoy arrived in Jerusalem after passing through Kiryat Shmona, Haifa, Caesarea and Tel Aviv - and from there reached the Supreme Court in the capital.

What are the demonstrations about?

The demonstrators are protesting against Netanyahu's continued tenure while being charged with crimes, claiming, among other things, that he cannot separate his personal and legal good from his political decisions.

The prime minister is charged with three counts.

In the

1000 case

(the benefit benefits case), Netanyahu is accused of receiving benefits worth about NIS 700,000 from businessmen Arnon Milchen and James Packer, while he served as prime minister.

The main gifts were cigars, champagne packages and jewelry.

In addition, it was alleged that Netanyahu acted in favor of Milchen in three matters, in which the businessman sought his intervention: he approached US Secretary of State John Kerry to extend the businessman's visa, he approached Finance Minister Yair Lapid to extend the exemption. A tax for returning residents, and he worked to promote a merger of "Keshet" and "Reshet" - ostensibly at Milchen's request.

According to the lawsuit, these acts damaged the public service's image and public trust in it.

In this case, Netanyahu is accused of

fraud and breach of trust

The 2000 case

(the Netanyahu-Mozes affair) deals with talks between Netanyahu and Yedioth Ahronoth publisher Noni Mozes. The person who proposed the deal was Mozes, so he is accused of bribery. On the other hand, the ombudsman was also convinced that Netanyahu did not intend to complete the bribe deal, but continued the talks with Mozes to improve his coverage in the Yedioth group, and even took certain actions.

fraud and breach of trust.

The 4000 case

(Bezeq-Walla affair) The most serious case for the prime minister concerns regulatory benefits worth hundreds of millions of shekels, which Netanyahu allegedly granted to Elowitz.

In return, according to the indictment, Elovich acted to skew the coverage on the Walla!

NEWS, which was under his control.
