Upon arriving at the place where Rodríguez was, the police report says, the defendant allegedly used force and intimidation to force her to board a vehicle against her will, which would have resulted in a kidnapping.
Later, according to the Police, they would have taken the victim to a road in the municipality of Dorado, where she was hit by a bullet.
Authorities found his body on September 27.
