Britain refused today to receive a representative from the European Union to negotiate a London exit from the European Union, "Brexit", due to the dispute between the two parties over the issue.

Reuters reported that the chief British negotiator on "Brexit" David Frost had asked his European counterpart Michel Barnier not to come to London next Monday.

Earlier today, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson stipulated a fundamental change in approach on the part of the Europeans to continue trade negotiations regarding the post-exit phase of his country from the European Union, while European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen announced that European negotiators will visit London next week to intensify negotiations.

Negotiations between London and Brussels are still stalled over three issues: the right of Europeans to have access to British fish-rich waters, the guarantees required from London over competition, and how to resolve differences in a future agreement.
