The Supreme Court of the United States agreed on Friday to consider whether the Trump Administration can leave undocumented immigrants out of the total population count in the census.
This count determines the distribution of seats in Congress
The highest court
is expediting the case, and is expected to hear arguments for and against the president's plan as soon as this November 30.
If confirmed as soon as expected, Conservative Judge Amy Coney Barrett could vote in this case.
